Bristol Myers Squibb Company v. Secretary United States Department of HHS, et al., No. 24-1820. (3d Cir. May 6, 2024).

Currently, this case is on appeal for the Third Circuit Appellate Court.

The deadline to file an amicus brief was July 19, 2024.
